Transporter manufacturers such as Fiat, Ford, Iveco and Co. do not primarily design their chassis so that they eventually turn into a motorhome or commercial vehicle. First of all, the chassis are designed as simple and practical cargo donkeys. If Ducato, Transit, Daily and the other cargo brothers are ennobled into a mobile home, the chassis with the heavy bodies are often overwhelmed. Especially in vehicles with panoramic windows or alcoves, the coil springs on the front axle are so heavily stressed that they tire very quickly and fall to their knees. The consequences are hard knocks that hit the occupants and the sensitive interior. A deterioration in driving comfort is usually associated with the material fatigue of the original spring.

Since the series springs of many motorhomes are hardly able to carry heavy loads permanently, we recommend our reinforced coil springs, which replace the standard steel springs. This allows your vehicle to be raised by several centimeters on the front axle. The optimized suspension travel significantly improves driving behavior and comfort. Potholes and bumps in the road are optimally compensated for and sensitive furniture and fittings are clearly protected. Many motorhomes and commercial vehicles are also at the limit of what is allowed with their weight. The installation of reinforced spring systems can increase the payload of many vehicles respectively. A prerequisite for this is a corresponding load report, which must be available for the suspension in connection with the respective vehicle type, as well as a stable wheel-tire combination.
